How to Book

Please take a look through the Services and Policies / FAQ pages for service and booking information.

When ready to book your date Contact via

or E-mail leannasartroom@gmail.com

 

Please include as many details as possible such as:

  • Service you're booking

  • Date Time & Location

  • Number of expected attendees

  • Age range: youth or adults

  • Theme or Design Desired

Dates & Times

Dates can be booked on Saturdays and Sundays.

​

All dates are available on a first come

first serve basis with deposit. No Dates are held without deposit.

​

It is recommended to inquire at least 2 months in advance for dates booked during Spring, Summer, and Fall.

​

** During Winter/Snowy months - Travel is limited to the Oswego/Fulton area. Please keep this in mind when inquiring for winter dates November through March.

Deposit and Payment

$50 non-refundable deposit to book your date & time or begin your order

  • Deposit counts towards your total

  • Deposit is paid after details are confirmed via online invoice with debit or credit card

 

Balance is due on the date of your event:

Cash or Card Only.

* Venmo and CashApp are NOT accepted.

* Deposits for Murals, Custom Artwork, and To-Go Kits, will vary based on service total.
